User Guide
Introduction
WWE News and Events™ is a BREW-based mobile phone application
that allows users to access current WWE news and event information,
and shopping 24 hours a day. This application is intended for those
who wish to keep up to date on current WWE news headlines, and to
purchase WWE products while on the go. WWE News and Events™
has been designed to be deliver these headlines in a quick and simple
format that can be accessed in seconds.

- Events
- Images with selected news, event and product descriptions.
- Up to 4000 character stories, much more robust and informational
than SMS or WAP.

Navigation
WWE New and Events™ uses
the following buttons for navigation:
(1) – Use the <SELECT>
button to select an option.
(2) - Use the <CLR>
button to go back one step.
(3) - Use the <END>
button to exit the application.
(4) - Use the keypad
to enter letters/numbers.

Retrieving the News and Events
Click on the WWE News and Events™ icon in
the BREW applications directory of your phone. Upon entering the
application, the WWE News and Events ™ Main Menu will appear.
From here you can scroll through the different categories. To Select
a category and view headline summaries or products, highlight the
category and press Select.
The phone will then connect to the of the selected category
and download them to your phone. From here you can scroll through
the story summaries or products and select which story or product
you would like to read or browse.
Support for Using WWE News and Events ™
Included in WWE News and Events ™ is a support
section to assist users in using this application. To access Support:
1. Scroll
down the WWE News and Events ™ Main Menu to Support and
press Select.
2. From
the Support Menu, select Help.
Displayed will be a list of FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions)
that you can scroll through to help assist you in finding the answer
to your question.
Clearing the Cache
An important and useful feature of WWE News
and Events ™ is the ability to clear the web cache, or memory,
stored in the phone. A perfect example would be if you read the
headlines when you first came into WWE News and Events ™.
After you are done you read news under a couple different categories.
If you revisit a category before you exit WWE News and Events
™, you will get the same news stories that you previously read.
To get an updated list of news summaries you can either exit and
re-enter WWE News and Events ™ or you can simply clear the
cache while you are in still in the application. To do this:
1. Scroll
down the WWE News and Events ™ Main Menu to Support and
press Select.
2. From
the Support Menu, select Clear Web Cache.
3. You
are then asked if you want to “Clear the Web Cache?”
4. Press
Select and the cache is cleared and your are automatically
returned to the Support Menu.
Use the CLR key to return to the NewsFlash™ Main
Menu.
 
Check Your Version of WWE
News and Events ™
- From the WWE News and Events ™ Main
Menu, select Support.
- From the Support Menu, select About.
