We recently sent you a FREE Home Phone (device that you connect your traditional corded or cordless phone to), that required no plan changes or fees to activate. With this phone, you are automatically upgraded to a faster more reliable network.

Your automatic activation date is almost here. On 12/01/2022, if you haven’t already done so, we will activate your new Home Phone and your old Home Phone will stop working. To ensure you don’t go without service, activate before 11/25/2022, by simply dialing 800-450-0429.
