Credit approval required. New Postpaid Plan, Customer Service Agreement and Retail Installment Contract required. The Customer Service Agreement Terms and Conditions apply for as long as you are a customer. A Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee (RCRF) applies; this is not a tax or gvmt.-required charge. The RCRF may be up to $3.50/line/month and is subject to change without notice. The RCRF for Connected Watch plans is currently $1.53/line/month. The RCRF for all other plans is currently $3.24/line/month. Additional charges, taxes, terms, conditions and coverage areas may apply and vary by plan, service and phone. Use of service constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions. UScellular reserves the right to terminate your service if more than 50% of your overall usage in each of three consecutive billing cycles are used in UScellular’s non-licensed markets.

Auto Pay/Paperless Billing: Discount requires My Account, paperless billing and payment via bank account or debit card only. Customer may activate Auto Pay/Paperless Billing discount via My Account on uscellular.com

Call Guardian: We respect your privacy; Call Guardian does not collect your contacts or access your call logs. Customers who prefer to opt-out of UScellular’s call-blocking service can call 800-455-8058 or visit their local UScellular store. Taxes, fees and terms apply. You may cancel anytime through the Call Guardian app.

Excellence Guarantee: If you’re not completely satisfied and decide to discontinue your service within the 15 days, you’ll receive a full refund for the cost of the equipment and pay for only the service you’ve used plus a $35 restocking fee. No Early Termination Fee will apply. Equipment must be returned undamaged in the original packaging.

Unlimited Voice: Unlimited Voice available from calls originating and terminating within the United States and may not be used for chat lines, conference calling, call forwarding or other connections that do not consist of uninterrupted live dialog between two persons.

Data Plans: UScellular does not guarantee a specific speed for any data transmission on any data plan. The speed you receive will depend on many factors, including but not limited to, your data plan terms, the device you use, your distance from a cell tower, topography and the amount of users on the network at the time of your data session.
