- On our trade-in portal, enter your phone info and choose your eligible promotion code.
- Once you’ve submitted your info, you’ll get a confirmation email from our partner, Hyla Mobile, about next steps.

- Follow the trade-in checklist on the confirmation email from Hyla on how to prepare your old phone and send it in.
- When your old phone is ready, use the prepaid packaging to mail in your phone to us.
- Once we review and verify your phone, you’re all set to gain your promotional discount.
Note: You must send your trade-in phone within 30 days of activating your new phone to remain eligible for your promo.
TRADE IN FOR ACCOUNT CREDIT
If your old phone is collecting dust – trade it in for credit. We offer up to $650 in account credit when you trade in your old phone.
